I am installing Waterfox and Zen. Both seem to be well-supported on macOS. Both have obvious downsides: Waterfox still seems to be contending with its past choices (e.g. trust issues due to its temporary acquisition by an advertising company) and Zen is just very new. But we'll see how much any of that matters in practice.
