i'm my case, i want to paste an RSS URL into the search/fetch box and to pull recent items from the RSS feed. if i decide to follow the feed, as i would an actor, new items would be periodically added to collections that i follow. i'm hung up on what that means for federation.

in your implementation, can you announce/share/boost an item from an RSS feed to your followers?
